1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

A4 Prints & Stationers provides commercial printing, offset printing, packaging printing, design support, and related services. All services are subject to availability and production capacity.

3. Quotations & Pricing
  • All quotations are valid for a limited period unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change based on material costs, quantity, specifications, and delivery requirements.
  • Additional charges may apply for design revisions, proofing, special finishes, urgent jobs, or changes requested after order confirmation.
4. Order Confirmation
  • Orders are considered confirmed only after receiving written approval and any required advance payment.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying all artwork, specifications, quantities, and delivery details before approval.
5. Artwork & Content Responsibility
  • Customers must provide print-ready files whenever applicable.
  • A4 Prints & Stationers is not responsible for errors in approved artwork, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information, formatting issues, or color variations resulting from supplied files.
  • Customers warrant that all submitted content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
6. Proof Approval
  • Digital or physical proofs may be provided for approval.
  • Production will commence only after proof approval, where applicable.
  • Any errors remaining after customer approval shall be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Color Variation

While every effort is made to ensure color accuracy, slight variations may occur between digital proofs, screen displays, and final printed products due to differences in printing processes, materials, and devices.

8. Production & Delivery
  • Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith.
  • Delays caused by material shortages, transportation issues, natural events, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery schedules.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
9. Payment Terms
  • Advance payments may be required before production begins.
  • Full payment must be completed according to the agreed payment terms.
  • Delayed payments may result in order suspension, delivery hold, or additional charges.
10. Cancellation & Changes
  • Orders already in production cannot be cancelled without applicable charges.
  • Any modifications requested after production begins may result in additional costs and revised delivery schedules.
11. Returns & Claims
  • Any claim regarding quantity shortages, defects, or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Claims will be reviewed, and appropriate corrective action may be taken at our discretion.
12. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties except as required to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.

13.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
