Ordering and Payment Guidelines

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Due to the personalized nature of print products, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a faulty order. Once we verify the issue, we will either reprint the job or issue a refund.
Cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once printing starts, cancellations cannot be processed.
