Ordering and Payment Guidelines

All orders must be submitted with accurate and complete information. Orders will only proceed to production after confirmation of payment and file approval. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and verified digital wallets. To prevent delays, customers must review artwork proofs and confirm project specifications. Although we make every effort to spot errors, the final approval rests with the customer. Therefore, any mistakes in submitted content may result in reprinting costs.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of print products, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a faulty order. Once we verify the issue, we will either reprint the job or issue a refund. Cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once printing starts, cancellations cannot be processed.

Legal Responsibility and Intellectual Property

All content submitted for printing must be legally owned or properly licensed by the client. A4 Print and Stationers is not liable for copyright infringement involving third-party designs or content. We reserve the right to reject any material that violates copyright laws or our content guidelines.
